Shuffle payment methods guide

Depositing and paying in

Funding here is a wallet exercise. Every deposit and every payout on the platform itself moves in cryptocurrency, and the only route from a bank card runs through outside companies.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases are handled by MoonPay and Swapped, per the operator's payments guide, which means a card user is buying coin from a third party and then depositing it, not paying the casino directly.

Those providers run their own identity checks, and the KYC guide confirms those checks do not count towards Shuffle's own verification levels. Nobody gets paid out to a bank account or an e-wallet.

Assets and networks

The asset list is long and the count is inconsistent between the operator's own pages. The payments guide states 21 cryptocurrencies and tokens as of July 2026; the help centre's supported assets article enumerates 20 distinct assets. Grouped, coverage runs:

  • Majors and layer ones: BTC, LTC, SOL, XRP, DOGE, TRX, BNB, AVAX and ETH, the last of those across ERC20, BEP20, Base and Robinhood Chain.
  • Stablecoins: USDT across the ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, POL and SOL networks; USDC across ERC20, BEP20, POL, SOL, Base and ARB; plus DAI.
  • Tokens: the operator's own SHFL on ERC20, POL, GRAM on TON, and the memecoins SHIB, BONK, WIF, TRUMP and PUMP.

Two documented traps are worth reading twice before you press send. XRP and TON deposits will not credit without a destination tag. USDC on Arbitrum is accepted for one contract only, 0xaf88d065e77c8cc2239327c5edb3a432268e5831, so a token bridged from elsewhere on that chain is your problem to recover.

Minimums and fees

  • Platform minimum deposit: 0.01 USD equivalent, which is effectively no floor at all.
  • Minimum deposit to qualify for the welcome match: 20 USD, per the first deposit bonus terms.
  • Deposit fees charged by Shuffle: none.
  • Withdrawal minimums: USDT and USDC 10 each, SOL 0.1, LTC 0.06, ETH 0.005, and BTC 0.00015 with the network fee on top.
  • Withdrawal fee: the chain fee only, described as usually under 1 USD and taken out of the amount you receive, per the payments guide and the withdrawal article.

That fee description is a phrase rather than a schedule. There is no published table of per asset network costs, so on a congested chain the deduction is whatever the chain charges that day. Choosing a cheap network is the practical answer, and it is the same decision that governs how fast the deposit lands.

Credit times, and whose numbers they are

Deposit crediting times published by the operator, sourced from third party testing it cites in its withdrawals article, run under a minute on SOL, one to three minutes on USDT over TRC20, a few minutes on LTC, two to five minutes on ETH and 10 to 30 minutes on BTC.

These are operator published figures rather than measurements taken here, and none of them were independently reproduced for this page.

Currency handling and the conditions attached to money in

Balances are held per asset rather than converted into a single account currency, which is why bonus and rollover restrictions are described as applying in a specific currency. There is no fiat wallet to convert into.

The rule that most surprises depositors is the coin mixing condition: under the coin mixing article, a deposit carries 1x turnover before it can be withdrawn, so money cannot be cycled straight through the site.

Separately, SHFL Convert accepts BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT and USDC, is one directional and cannot be reversed or sold back on site, attracts the same 1x wagering under coin mixing, and goes down for an hour twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Sundays at 11:00 UTC, per the conversion article.

Note too that Convert is run by the SHFL Foundation and sits outside the Curacao licence, so it is not a licensed casino service.

Unmeasured

Several payment facts cannot be verified from anything Shuffle publishes. There is no fee schedule per network, no published exchange spread on the third party card ramps, no deposit limit tool in the safer gambling toolkit, and no stated cap on daily, weekly or monthly withdrawals.

The operator asserts there are no caps and Casino Guru records withdrawal limits as unlimited, but no tested payout ceiling exists in any source, so treat the absence of caps as a claim rather than a tested result. Before depositing, remember email plus Level 1 verification is required to fund an account at all.
