What the promotion is actually worth

Read the terms first, because the headline is not stable. The operator publishes three different welcome amounts at the same time. The homepage advertises "100% Welcome BONUS For First-time Deposits Up To $500".

The welcome bonus page says 100% up to 300 USD. The promotions index carries a meta description advertising a "150% deposit bonus up to $3000". Nothing on the site explains which is live.

The same inconsistency runs through the racing products: the sportsbook navigation shows a "$50k Weekly Race" while the promotions index lists a "$15,000 Weekly Wager Race".

On the promo code, be blunt: NEWBONUS appears on no Razed-owned page fetched. The welcome bonus page publishes no code field and no code value, and neither the homepage nor the promotions index shows one.

The only referral mechanism located is a URL parameter, with a sponsorship partner linking to a signup URL carrying a raf parameter on the HEROIC partners page. Whether NEWBONUS resolves through anything at all is unknown, and no operator source confirms it exists.

Taking the offer page's own numbers as the governing set: 100% match on the first deposit up to 300 USD, wagering at 40x on all promotional bonus balances, seven days to complete, maximum bet 50 USD while wagering bonus funds and 20 USD while wagering free spin winnings, and a hard cap of 3,000 USD withdrawable from the bonus once wagering is done.

One claim per player per account. Free spins are tiered: deposit 100 to 199 USD for 100 spins on Sugar Rush 1000 released 20 a day over five days at 0.20 each, or 200 USD or more for 150 spins released 30 a day at 0.60 each. Below 100 USD there are no spins.

Game weighting is where the 40x bites. Higher-return selections, meaning Originals, Unoriginals and Live Casino other than game shows, contribute only 20%, and the offer page states plainly that "Sportsbets do not contribute towards wager requirement".

That contradicts the same page's claim that the bonus spans Casino and Sports, and the bonus terms settle it against the player: "Playing on Sportsbook & Esports with Bonus balance is not allowed".

The bonus terms also set a five-day expiry on bonus balances from activation, tie contribution to theoretical return so that a game at 96.5% or lower contributes 100% while one at 99.3% contributes 20%, at a rate of 3.5% of turnover per 0.1% of house edge, and exclude a long list of titles plus everything from 3 Oaks Gaming and Wazdan. Bonus bets earn no VIP progression.

The recurring promotions are real but the page is not maintained. Several listed expiry dates have already passed, including the Hacksaw Multiplier Race at 10.08.2025 and the Sports Highest Multiplier Race at 01.09.2025, while the $100,000 Monthly Wager Race runs to 31.12.2028. Sports turnover counts triple towards VIP tiers.

The VIP ladder itself runs from 10,000 USD wagered at Bronze I to 1,000,000,000 USD at Onyx, with rank-up cash from 20 USD to 500,000 USD, and a VIP Transfer product that matches your rank elsewhere and sets a host-defined, deposit-linked, time-limited boost target rewarded at "(Wager Boost Requirement x Average House Edge) x 0.20". No affordability check is published against those targets.

The sportsbook in detail

The sportsbook is a first-class vertical here rather than a casino afterthought, and the betting rules are detailed enough to be useful. What is missing is every number a serious bettor asks for: no margin, no stake ceiling, no payout maximum, no sport count and no streaming.

Sports navigable from the sportsbook menu are soccer, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, MMA, CS2 and League of Legends, plus All Racing with horse, greyhound and harness sections. Live Events, Starting Soon, Favourites and My Bets sit on the same page.

The operator publishes no total count of sports or competitions, so the visible menu is the only inventory evidence available.

Market depth on a specific top-flight football fixture could not be measured: the odds board renders client side behind a Cloudflare challenge and no odds values were obtainable, which also means there is no margin sample and no overround figure in this review.

The operator publishes no payout percentage or overround anywhere either, so anyone quoting a Razed margin is guessing.

Bet types are documented in the sportsbook terms. Singles and multiples are supported, along with Bet Builder, defined as a bet on multiple markets of the same event including totals, 1x2, team stats and player props. Asian handicaps are offered including split lines such as -1.75, and basketball player props are explicitly covered in the rules.

That is a respectable spread for an offshore book, and the presence of split-line Asian handicaps and same-game builders suggests a mature supplier feed rather than a thin wrapper.

On that supplier, the rules structure themselves into general rules, sports rules, esports rules and "Betby esports related rules", which confirms Betby supplies at least the esports book. Whether Betby powers the entire sportsbook is not stated anywhere.

Cash out is available and its limits are documented honestly.

Per the cash out help article, it works on selected events and markets both pre-match and live, for singles and multis, executed from My Bets, with a deliberate time delay applied to every attempt and no availability where the event or market is suspended or the provider feed is not being followed.

The sportsbook terms reserve the right "to change the offer to repurchase the Bet over time, or not to form a Bet to repurchase the bet without giving a reason", so treat any cash out price as an offer rather than an entitlement.

Odds display in decimal, fractional or American, switchable at the bottom of the sportsbook per the odds format article.

Free bets are supported, used inside bet builder via a giftbox icon, returned excluding stake, non-withdrawable as credit, tagged BET REFUND in the bet slip and typically expiring five days after issue or claim, per the free bet article.

A Combo Boost product is listed on the promotions index as improving winnings on combination bets, but its boost percentages and minimum leg counts are not published and the detail page returned an error. Sports turnover counts triple towards VIP tiers, which the operator frames as levelling the field against casino wagering.

Limits are the biggest hole. The rules say only that the sportsbook may change "betting limits, payout limits and offerings without prior notice" and publish no maximum stake, no maximum single payout and no accumulator cap.

Live streaming is not mentioned on the sportsbook page or in the rules, so assume there is none until the operator says otherwise. If maximum liability matters to you, this book cannot answer the question.

Casino and other verticals

The casino is the larger half of the business and the better documented one, though the game count is the operator's own claim. The homepage advertises "4000+ GAMES" and no precise catalogue figure is published.

The casino lobby is organised into Razed Originals, Slots, Live Casino, Game Shows and New Releases, with Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat exposed in the navigation and the in-house Originals covering Dice, Blackjack, Limbo, Mines, Keno and Wheel.

Live dealer content is present through Evolution, and the operator runs a weekly Razed Blackjack Night as a live event in its Discord, announced on its X account. A free-to-enter Friday poker freeroll runs on PokerNow, a third-party platform, so there is no on-site poker room.

Providers can be evidenced from the operator's own excluded games list in the bonus terms: 3 Oaks Gaming, Wazdan, BGaming, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint, Booming, ELK, Endorphina, Evolution, Fantasma, Hacksaw, NetEnt, PG Soft, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Spinomenal, Thunderkick, Playtech and Yggdrasil.

Pragmatic Play is confirmed by name through Sugar Rush 1000 in the welcome offer and Gates of Olympus in the bet limits article, Hacksaw by a dedicated multiplier race. A complete provider list is not published.

On returns, be careful with what the lobby shows. The tiles render percentages including 105.38%, 120.66% and 60.2%, and figures above 100% cannot be theoretical return to player, so these are recent realised player returns rather than published RTPs. No game RTP table is published.

Theoretical return does appear contractually, in the bonus weighting rule that pays 100% contribution at 96.5% RTP or lower and 20% at 99.3%.

Third-party bet limits are, in the operator's words, "in most cases" 0.10 or 0.20 USD minimum and 50 or 100 USD maximum per the casino bet limits article, with maximum win set per game: the operator's own worked example is Gates of Olympus at 5000x on a 100 USD bet for a 500,000 USD cap. No RNG certificate or testing laboratory is named anywhere.

Depositing and paying in

Crypto is where this cashier works and fiat is where it gets narrow. The one thing you cannot do anywhere on Razed's properties is find out what a transaction costs, because no fee schedule is published on any operator page.

Every fee is therefore unknown, and the Terms at clause 10.8 reserve the right to "charge you the costs of transaction processing for deposit and withdrawals" without stating a figure. Treat all payments as free of charge at your own risk.

Account currencies per the Terms, clause 5.1, are EUR, USD, CAD, NZD, IDR and JPY.

Thirteen coins are confirmed with per-coin deposit minimums at clause 11.3: 0.00002 BTC, 0.0004 ETH, 0.015 LTC, 2,5 XRP as the operator writes it, 1.1 USDC, 1.1 USDT, 9 TRX, 0.0076 SOL, 5.50 SHFL, 8 ALGO, 1.20 DAI, 0.0033 BCH and 10 DOGE.

Send less than the minimum and the money is gone: "Depositing an amount less than the minimums listed above will result in a loss of funds". XRP deposits need a destination tag and a missing tag requires support to intervene, per the help article on crypto deposits not crediting.

Which networks each coin runs on, ERC20 against TRC20 for USDT for example, is not published; third-party chain tracking observes only Ethereum, Solana and TRON activity on DappRadar.

Fiat is Canada-shaped. Visa and Mastercard cards and Interac are documented as deposit rails in the fiat deposits article, with a minimum of 20 CAD and a maximum of 10,000 CAD per transaction per the fiat deposit limits article. Whether those CAD figures are global or Canada-specific is not stated.

Bank transfer appears only as a withdrawal route. Paysafecard is implied as a deposit method by the withdrawal routing rule and cannot be withdrawn to directly. Card transactions are processed by Paysafe according to the Privacy Policy, section 7.

The homepage claims "Over 20 payment methods including crypto and cash options", which is the operator's own count; only the methods above and the thirteen coins are confirmed. Apple Pay and Google Pay are claimed by third parties only and are not confirmed anywhere on the operator's site.

Three structural rules matter more than any limit. Same method in, same method out: you must withdraw using the method you deposited with, per the fiat withdrawals article, and Interac withdrawal requires at least one prior successful Interac deposit.

Crypto lock-in: the AML policy says once your first deposit is in a given coin, all deposits, wagers and payouts must use that same coin.

And no conversion: "The Company will at no time sell/buy/exchange crypto currency with and/or to FIAT currency", so the Buy Crypto entry point on the site is a third-party service whose provider the operator does not name. Third-party funding is barred and crypto payouts go only to a personal address.

Deposit crediting has no published service level. Crypto deposits are described as "lightning fast most of the time", with delays blamed on congestion, low sender fees or a wrong address. An "Ultra-Fast Deposits" promotion on the promotions index claims funds arrive "up to 5 times faster" without saying which methods qualify.

What the licence is actually worth

The licence is real, the corporate story behind it is not coherent, and there is no independent body that will hear your complaint. Take all three of those together before depositing.

Start with what verifies. The Terms and Conditions at clause 1.2 cite licence ALSI-132405034-FI3 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. That number returns a matching entry on the Anjouan Gaming licence register: company Wild Technology Limitada, status valid, type b2c, issued 28 May 2024, expiry 27 May 2027, domain razed.com.

The register is client-side rendered and the dataset had to be read out of the page's embedded JSON, but the row is there and it maps to this exact domain.

Now the caveat that guts it. That register carries 1,491 entries and every single status value in it reads "valid". A register in which nothing is ever expired, suspended or revoked cannot function as a check on any individual licensee; it confirms only that the number was issued and attached to the domain.

The authority undercuts itself further by publishing an "Enforcement Action - Licence Suspension" notice on its own public register page while showing zero suspended rows. Anjouan Gaming states it operates under the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority with the Anjouan Gaming Board as supervisor.

Then the contradictions. The Terms place the company in Costa Rica under registration 3-102-898807, at an address published as "San Rafael,Edificio, Fuentecantos, San Jose, Costa Rica", with the same wording repeated in the Privacy Policy. The register says Limitada, not Ltd., and the operator does not explain the difference.

The AML policy then states the company is "duly incorporated and registered in accordance with the laws of Curacao", is written against Curacao AML legislation, sends unusual transaction reports "to the FIU in Curacao", and refers to obligations set by a Master License Holder, which is a Curacao construct with no Anjouan equivalent. No master licensee is named.

No Curacao licence number appears anywhere. The Privacy Policy separately invokes European Union AML rules to justify five-year data retention. Trade press has already been confused by this: one esports outlet described Razed as licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority in its September 2025 sponsorship report.

Recourse is thin. The Terms provide for internal escalation, then mediation, then arbitration seated in Anjouan under Anjouan law. No ombudsman, no eCOGRA-style adjudicator, no alternative dispute resolution body is named.

No RNG or game testing certificate and no testing laboratory appears on any operator page, and the casino page's claim of "true fairness with provably fair games" is the operator's own and is not the same thing as independent certification.

No regulator enforcement notice naming Razed or Wild Technology was found, but with a register that never records a sanction, that absence proves very little.

Getting paid out

There is no published payout time at all. No operator page states a withdrawal processing target, window or maximum for either crypto or fiat, so anyone quoting you an instant or 24-hour figure for Razed is not quoting Razed.

What the operator does publish, in detail, is the list of conditions under which a payout can be stopped, and that list is long.

Two gates apply before any request. The Terms at clause 12.5 say "No withdrawals can be made until you have wagered your deposit amount at least once (1x)". The AML policy goes considerably further: "the Player may only withdraw winnings and not the funds deposited into the Player Account.

Players who deposit and withdraw without gaming activities will have their funds blocked until further notice." Those two rules are materially different and the operator does not reconcile them. Read conservatively, a deposit you decide not to gamble may not be coming back on demand.

Mechanically, crypto withdrawals run from the cashier: select withdrawal, select coin, enter address and amount, confirm with password or two-factor code, per the withdrawal walkthrough. Requests must originate inside the account; the AML policy states requests sent by any other channel "will not be processed".

Fiat withdrawals run 20 CAD minimum to 10,000 CAD maximum per transaction, with multiple requests allowed to exceed the cap, per the fiat withdrawal limits article. On crypto the crypto withdrawal limits article says the minimum varies by coin and network fee and is shown in the cashier, and that "There is no maximum withdrawal on Razed.com!".

That claim sits against Terms clause 12.1, which contemplates a limit above which payouts are made in instalments. Progressive jackpot wins are exempted from instalments and paid in full.

The slowing conditions are the real story. An identity check "may hold payouts" under clause 12.2. Before processing any withdrawal the operator reviews the account for irregular activity and reserves the right to "immediately block the access of a Player to the system or to his/ her account and seize all funds held in the account".

A withdrawal request automatically triggers a multi-account and proxy check, and where two accounts share a person, household, address, phone, IP, family or device, "all related Player Accounts will be closed. No winnings, refund nor deposits will be paid out".

An unusual deposit flag suspends the account pending documents and terminates it if satisfactory information is not supplied within 30 days. Changing your payout destination requires fresh proof of ownership. If the operator cannot reach you by email or phone within two weeks of a withdrawal request, clause 9.8 locks the account.

Refunds are available only within 24 hours, extended to 30 days for unauthorised access. Dormant accounts are charged 10 EUR a month after 12 months of inactivity, and you have one year to bring a claim.

Independent experience is polarised rather than uniform. Player reports collected by Casino Guru include crypto payouts described as "either instant or a very short weight, even large 4 figure transactions" and as "immediate", alongside one player saying they had waited three months.

Those are unverified user reports, and with no operator service level to test them against, they are all the guidance available.

Verification in practice

Razed is not a no-KYC book, whatever third parties say about it. Its own AML policy makes any withdrawal request a Standard Due Diligence trigger, so verification is a question of when, not whether. Verify before you need the money.

Registration already asks for date of birth with proof of age over 18, a passport or other identification paper, a proof of address, full name, full residential address, email, payment details and credentials, plus an IP geolocation check that blocks registration from non-permitted jurisdictions. One account per person, per family and per shared environment.

The thresholds do not agree with each other. The fiat withdrawal limits article allows cumulative transactions up to 2,500 EUR without Proof of Identity, Proof of Address and Proof of Payment. The AML policy sets its Standard Due Diligence trigger at "a cumulative withdrawal of 2,000 EUR/ CAD or equivalent".

The operator publishes both and reconciles neither. Terminology is split the same way: the AML policy uses Standard and Enhanced Due Diligence, while the help centre and player emails use numbered Levels, and no page maps one onto the other. "Level 3 - Source of Wealth" appears in the help centre with no published ladder around it.

Standard Due Diligence wants a driving licence or passport plus a recent utility bill or bank statement. Enhanced Due Diligence adds a selfie holding the document, a bank statement showing the initial deposit, a statement no older than three months from the receiving bank, and source of wealth information.

EDD triggers include residence in a high-risk jurisdiction, suspicion of multiple accounts or collusion, politically exposed person status, any suspected irregular activity, and operator discretion.

Document standards are strict and worth reading before you upload. Identity documents must be original photos with all four edges visible; the proof of identity article states a document "cannot be a screenshot, scanned or copied image". Address proofs must be dated within 180 days per the proof of address article.

Proof of payment means a card photo with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVC covered, or a PDF statement, per the proof of payment article. Source of funds documents must be within six months, whole sheet visible, no screenshots.

Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, and video verification can be demanded. Phone verification is an express right covering everything from your address to your bet types, and failing it "may result in the Company closing the Player Account and the confiscation of any winnings".

Two things stand out. First, the operator is unusually transparent about failure modes: the resubmission article lists the actual rejection reasons, including date of birth mismatches, expired IDs, passport back pages submitted instead of front covers, missing postal codes, neobank statements not accepted for address, and cropped card photos.

Second, the asymmetry: you get 30 days to satisfy an unusual activity request or lose the account, while the operator publishes no deadline of its own for reviewing what you send. Records are kept at least five years and erasure requests inside that period "cannot be entertained".

A defect belongs here too: the page at razed.com/faq/ does not describe Razed's verification at all. It serves another brand's boilerplate, referencing PAGCOR, a Philippines-only access statement, Philippine identity documents and a 21+ age limit.

Safer gambling tools in practice

The toolkit is below the standard of a regulated European market in two specific ways: there is no deposit limit and self-exclusion is not self-serve. Both gaps sit next to a VIP programme that runs to a billion dollars of wagering.

What exists is set in the player profile under a Responsible Gambling section, per the responsible gambling policy. A loss limit is available daily, weekly and monthly on a net loss basis, with decreases effective immediately and increases or removals taking 48 hours.

A wager limit is available on the same periods on a turnover basis, with removal triggering a 24 hour cool off before a new limit can be set. Take a break offers one day, seven days or 30 days and cannot be lifted early, with pending bets left standing.

Self-exclusion is permanent but requires you to "contact support and request this along with the reason", which is friction placed in front of the most important control on the site.

What is absent: no deposit limit appears in the policy, and the gambling limits help article describes only loss and wager limits despite its own page description mentioning deposit limits. No session limit, no time alert, no reality check.

No affordability check, no harm-triggered source of funds request and no automated harm detection; the operator's monitoring is framed entirely as fraud and AML work. No connection to GAMSTOP, OASIS or LUGAS is evidenced anywhere.

The documentation also contradicts itself on how limits behave. The policy says increases and removals take 48 hours; the help article says restrictions "cannot be cancelled until the selected time period has completed". Those are materially different protections and a player cannot tell which applies.

Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy are both linked from the policy, and the stated minimum age is 18, which the misplaced FAQ page contradicts with a 21+ statement.

The independent record

The independent record is a rising public score sitting on top of an unresolved confiscation pattern and two documented 2026 security events. Read the score last, not first.

Start with the caveat, because it is material. The live Trustpilot figures could not be confirmed. The domain returns HTTP 403 to command line clients, serves a connection verification interstitial to the screenshot tool, and excludes parameterised URLs by robots.

The best available reading is a TrustScore of 4.2 out of 5 from 380 total reviews, 290 of them in the previous twelve months, with the most recent review shown dated 7 August 2026, taken from a mirror snapshot of the Trustpilot razed.com profile dated 16 August 2026. That is a snapshot, not a verified current value.

A year earlier the same profile stood at 3.3 from 93 reviews on a 25 August 2025 snapshot.

Two things should temper that climb. Trustpilot records "No recent history of asking for reviews" for the profile, yet a reviewer on it states "The host sent me a message offering a bonus if I left a 5 star review", which would breach Trustpilot's own rules if accurate.

And the profile carries a high volume of short positive reviews naming individual VIP hosts by first name, disproportionately from German and Austrian reviewers, both countries appearing on the operator's own restricted list in the Terms.

Those are inferences from the review text rather than a Trustpilot finding, but a jump from 3.3 to 4.2 across roughly 290 reviews should not be taken at face value against them. Star distribution percentages were not obtainable.

The complaint themes recur with structure. Winnings confiscated or withdrawals cancelled after a multi-accounting or bonus abuse accusation, with reviewers saying no evidence was provided, including examples dated 6 August 2026.

Protracted document cycles followed by confiscation after verification completed, corroborated in shape by a December 2025 forum thread titled "Avoid Razed Casino: Endless document requests, account closed, winnings gone" on Bitcointalk, whose body was not retrievable. Unsubstantiated allegations of manipulated results.

An account "blocked without the possibility of recovery" on 2 December 2025, reported via Casino Guru. And restricted-country players allowed to deposit and lose before closure, with one report of only the latest deposit refunded as goodwill on another Bitcointalk thread. All are unverified user allegations.

The offsetting theme, also from player reports, is genuinely fast crypto payouts including four-figure amounts.

Formal records are blank rather than clean: the Casino Guru complaints section was not retrievable, no AskGamblers record was located, and no regulator action naming Razed was found.

The security events are documented. At the end of May 2026 the site went offline, reportedly after a hack, with a team account calling it a "precautionary measure" and saying "All player funds are secure"; it returned on 3 June 2026, per FairGambling.

Attack vector, losses and whether player funds were touched are all unknown, and no statement page exists on razed.com. Then on 27 July 2026 a VIP host copied 183 VIP customers into one email using cc, exposing their addresses and usernames to each other.

The only acknowledgement was an X reply calling it "not a breach, but a human error"; the main brand account said nothing, and FairGambling reported that Razed has not said whether it notified the affected customers or any data protection authority.

Exposing precisely the highest-value cohort is a spearphishing gift, and it sits awkwardly against the Privacy Policy promise to "take all reasonable precautions" over submitted data.

Customer support

Support is chat and email only, claimed round the clock, with no published response target and no independent escalation at the end of it. That last point is the one that matters.

The contact page publishes 24/7 live chat and an email invitation, and the availability claim is repeated across help articles. It is the operator's own claim and no service level accompanies it.

Email addresses are masked on the site itself: [email protected] is confirmed as the business contact on the Trustpilot razed.com profile, and [email protected] appears in the operator's own replies on its Australian Trustpilot profile.

The responsible gambling address in the Terms and the Data Protection Officer address in the Privacy Policy are both masked and could not be confirmed. There is no inbound telephone line; the phone channel is outbound only, since the AML policy reserves the right to call you for verification.

Help content is reasonable in scope: 33 English articles on an Intercom-hosted help centre, with German and Japanese locales published alongside. The complaints route is raise with support, escalate internally, then mediation and arbitration seated in Anjouan. No free adjudicator exists, so a player who exhausts the internal process has nowhere independent to go.

Measured responsiveness has deteriorated. On the 16 August 2026 snapshot the Trustpilot profile showed "Replied to 12% of negative reviews" and "Typically replies within 2 weeks". A year earlier, on the 25 August 2025 snapshot, the same profile showed 62% of negative reviews replied to and a typical reply within one month. Engagement with complaints has fallen sharply as review volume has grown.

Apps and mobile

There is no Razed app. Not on iOS, not on Android, not as a sideloaded APK linked by the operator. Everything runs in the browser.

A search of Apple's App Store catalogue for "razed" returned 17 results, none published by Wild Technology, Razed or any related entity; the results were dominated by Razer peripherals apps and unrelated titles. On Google Play, a listing titled "razed" belongs to an unrelated developer and is not the operator.

No operator page links to an APK or a Play listing, and the operator makes no mobile or progressive web app claim on any page published. The casino lobby, sportsbook and cashier are all delivered as web pages on razed.com behind Cloudflare.

Responsive quality was not tested here, so no judgement is offered on how the mobile web experience holds up.

Because there is no store app, there are no store ratings to weigh and no app review record to check, which removes one of the more useful independent signals on an operator. It also means no desktop feature can be compared against a mobile build; the same web application serves both.

Account security is thin but functional. Password and verified email are standard, two-factor authentication is available but optional rather than enforced, and either 2FA or password confirmation is required to release funds from the Vault and to submit a crypto withdrawal, per the Vault article.

Enable 2FA on day one; on a book with no app and no independent adjudicator, account takeover is your own problem. Sharing login details with a third party can result in cancellation without refund. TLS versions and other encryption specifics are not published; the Privacy Policy offers only a general security commitment.
