What the promotion is actually worth

Start with the code, because it does not exist as published. The promo code NEWBONUS appears on no 1xBet-operated page fetched for this review. It is not on 1xBet's own India promo-code explainer, which states the opposite mechanic: "obtaining the 1xBet registration promo code is automatic.

All you need to do is select your code during registration." The flagship promo page is client-rendered and returned an access-denied interstitial from our IP, so it could not be checked. NEWBONUS turns up only on third-party affiliate pages, which are not an operator source.

Treat any instruction to type that code as undocumented, and expect to pick an offer from a menu at sign-up instead.

The offer terms below are India-facing operator claims from the same page, checked 22 August 2026, not global terms. There are three mutually exclusive welcome offers chosen at registration.

The sports accumulator offer pays up to 120 percent of the first deposit to a maximum of 33,000 INR, on a minimum 200 INR deposit, tiered so that 200 to 12,500 INR earns 100 percent, 12,501 to 20,500 INR earns 110 percent, 20,501 to 27,000 INR earns 115 percent and anything above 27,000 INR earns 120 percent.

Wagering is five times the bonus amount at the 100 percent tier and ten times the bonus amount above it, which is a bonus-based rather than deposit-plus-bonus multiple.

Qualifying bets must be accumulators of at least three selections, each at odds of 1.40 or higher at the entry tier and 1.50 or higher above it, and the bonus expires 30 days after activation. Crypto deposits do not qualify.

A second 1xBet page states the sports welcome bonus as 100 percent up to 20,000 INR on a 75 INR deposit with five times rollover (India payments page); the two operator pages disagree and both are on the record.

The casino package advertises up to 150,000 INR across two deposits plus up to 150 free spins: first deposit from 300 INR at 100 percent up to 50,000 INR, spins tiered at 50, 100 or 150 by deposit size and valued at 5 INR each, second deposit at 200 percent up to 100,000 INR.

Wagering is 25 times the deposit bonus within seven days and 15 times free-spin winnings within three days, which is a tight clock. No game weighting percentages are published at all; the rules refer only to a "stop list of wagering games" and to spins on slots selected by the platform (Terms of Service, section 24.2).

The third option pays 100 percent up to 33,000 INR through single bets at odds of 2.0 or higher, with the balance withdrawable only after three sequential winning bets.

Across all bonuses: one bonus active at a time, one offer per customer, family, address and IP address, every personal data field completed, the "take part in Bonus offers" box ticked, and identity documents including a photograph of you holding your identity document before funds are released (Terms of Service, clause 6.3).

Bonuses can be surrendered through support or in the account, which zeroes the bonus balance and drops the wagering requirement (Terms of Service, section 24.1). One important gap: the current rules contain no maximum-stake-while-bonus-active clause.

An older version of the same document served from the mobile mirror capped stakes at 5 EUR and set a flat 35 times wagering multiple, so check the live terms in-account before assuming no cap applies.

The sportsbook in detail

Depth is the reason people use this book, and the rules prove the depth better than the marketing does. The Terms of Service enumerate 218 numbered discipline sections, running from 9.1 Australian Rules Football to 9.218 Hellish Quart and covering conventional sport, esports, card games, dice and novelty markets (Terms of Service, section 9).

Named conventional sports with published settlement rules include football, futsal, cricket, tennis, basketball, baseball, ice hockey, bandy, floorball, handball, rugby, golf, darts, snooker, squash, boxing, UFC and martial arts, horse racing, Formula One, speedway, keirin, Japanese auto race, chess and bowls.

The marketing claims are lower than the rules count: "over 90 sports" on the 1xbet.com homepage, "more than 50 sports disciplines, with several hundred daily events on average" in live betting, and "40+ disciplines" in the mobile app.

Competition coverage named in operator copy spans the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, the Champions League, NBA, NHL, UFC, EuroLeague Final Four, the ICC World Cup, the Indian Premier League, the Pakistan Super League, Test cricket, Wimbledon, the French Open, ATP and WTA events, the Africa Cup of Nations, Dota 2 and CS:GO.

Market depth on a single named top-flight fixture is not published, and that is a real gap. No 1xBet page fetched for this review gives a market count for a specific match.

The nearest published figures are generic: section 10 of the rules defines 43 numbered market and outcome types applicable across sports, and the India live betting page claims more than 30 different markets on average for live events and more than 1,000 live wagering options at peak.

Bet types are unusually rich. The rules define singles, accumulators, systems, chains, Lucky, Patent, Asian handicaps and Asian totals, plus Powerbet and Advancebet, nine Toto pool variants including 15-TOTO and Correct Score, and bet slip sale, bet slip editing and auto sell.

System limits are generous to the point of absurdity: up to 184,756 accumulators within one system, a maximum of 20 outcomes, Lucky between two and eight selections, Patent between three and eight (Terms of Service, section 3).

Cash out exists as "bet slip sale", available in full or in part, with auto sell alongside it; bet slip editing lets you replace or delete selections and the rules confirm a commission is charged for it. Minimum stake is 0.30 USD or 0.20 EUR and the maximum return is capped at 50,000 EUR per bet.

No per-market or per-competition stake ceiling is published. Winnings are paid within 30 calendar days of official publication of results, and remember that withdrawing requires you to have staked the sum of your deposits at odds of 1.1 or higher.

Live streaming is present but gated behind a funded balance, by the operator's own instruction: you must log in to watch, and "add funds to your account, as you need a positive balance to place bets and access streams". Streamed events are flagged with a monitor icon.

The nature of some of that content is a documented integrity problem rather than a feature.

Bellingcat, with Josimar, geolocated thousands of undisclosed amateur matches streamed to 1xBet in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, with the same players changing shirts between back-to-back games played under names such as "Barcelona" and "Man City", and found at least one game with betting offered on players as young as 14.

On pricing, nothing is published: the word "overround" does not appear once in the 739,289 character rules, every use of "margin" refers to winning-margin bet types, and the operator asserts "some of the most competitive odds in the industry" without a number. No independently measured margin figure was located either.

Casino and other verticals

The casino is large, provider-led and completely unquantified on fairness. 1xBet claims over 1,000 slots and table games and, separately, over 1,000 live casino games on its India casino page, along with over 25 roulette variants including Venice, BigBang, Portomaso and Fireball Roulette, over 40 blackjack options including Monaco, Gravity, Blackjack Da Sorte and Venice Blackjack, and around 200 baccarat options. All of those are operator claims from the India presentation of the brand.

Live dealer supply is named and credible: Evolution, Winfinity, TVBet, Ezugi, Playtech, Vivo Gaming and 88 Mojo, delivered with human dealers, HD or 4K cameras and chat with dealers and other players.

On the slots side the operator names Smartsoft Gaming, Funky Games, SoftGamings and Pragmatic Play, with NetEnt, BetGames, Microgaming, Betsoft and Booming Games reaching the lobby through SoftGamings aggregation (India slots page).

In-house and branded originals are grouped as 1xGames and include Mines, Thimbles, Crash, Plinko, Jackpot, Andar Bahar, Minesweeper, 777, Heads or Tails, Fishing, Money Wheel, Diamond and Brawl Pirate, with crash-style titles such as Aviator, JetX, Aviatrix, Balloon, Astronaut, Limbo, Chicken Road and Chicken Road 2 also surfaced.

Poker is a full vertical with its own settlement rules covering deck, hand rankings and payouts, and live poker sits in the live casino menu. Bingo, TV games, virtual sports, esports, scratch cards, lotto and hunting and fishing games fill out the rest, and virtual racing runs under the Golden Race and Global Bet suites.

Now the part that should give you pause. No RTP figure is published anywhere, for any game or for the portfolio. The rules define return to player as "a theoretical calculation of the expected percentage concerning the wagers that a specific game will return to the Customer", then publish no number (Terms of Service, section 27).

No testing laboratory is named either; the fairness section refers only to "external compliance QA and testing rounds". For a casino this size, an unnamed auditor and zero published RTP is a straightforward transparency failure.

Depositing and paying in

Read this section as India-specific, because it is. The sandbox IP used for this research resolves to the United States and 1xbet.com returns an access-denied interstitial to it, so the only per-method numeric schedule that could be read was the one 1xBet publishes on its India domain.

Every minimum, maximum and timing below comes from the India deposit and withdrawal guide, checked 22 August 2026, and is an operator claim about the India-facing presentation of the brand. Do not assume these numbers apply in your country. 1xBet publishes no global fee schedule and no per-method schedule for other markets that could be located.

On the India rails, the fiat set is local wallets and bank routes rather than cards.

Google Pay takes deposits from 300 INR and withdrawals from 700 INR; PhonePe from 350 INR in and 700 INR out; UPI from 350 INR in and 550 INR out; NetBanking from 500 INR in and 550 INR out; bank transfer including NEFT and IMPS from 1,000 INR out.

The table caps every method at 50,000 INR each way, although the body text on the same page contradicts it and says IMPS is capped at 75,000 INR. The narrative text also contradicts the table on minimums, claiming withdrawals range from 500 INR to 1,000 INR and specifically 1,500 INR for bank transfers.

Both versions come from the same operator page, and the operator has not resolved them. Skrill deposits start at 100 INR. Perfect Money, Jeton Wallet, AstroPay, Paytm and JioMoney appear without published minimums, and iCash.One, UPI Fast, BHIM, PayZapp, MoneyGo and AIRTM are listed only as bonus-eligible deposit routes. The operator's marketing claims "over 40 payment options" (1xBet India casino page).

Fees are stated as none from 1xBet on the main India rails, with the qualification that bank fees may apply on UPI and NetBanking and that Skrill "might have a fee structure in place". Paytm cashouts are described as free of charge. Cash and cheques are not available at all (Terms of Service, clause 6.2).

Crypto is a separate story and it is worse documented. 1xBet India claims 48 different cryptocurrencies for deposits (India promo page), but the coin and network list itself is published only on a client-rendered payment page that could not be read from this IP, and the rules simply warn that "only cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks explicitly listed on the Company's payment page are accepted" and that transactions from unsupported wallets "may be rejected or lost" with no company responsibility (Terms of Service, clause 6.4).

Crypto deposits are claimed as instant and withdrawals as up to 15 minutes, which is the fastest rail in the schedule.

Against that, the rules impose an unquantified service charge on Bitcoin movements in either direction, publish no network-fee schedule, require a "sufficient number" of confirmations without stating the number, process crypto withdrawals only to verified wallets with proof of wallet ownership, and reserve the right to convert holdings into fiat or stablecoins for operational or regulatory reasons.

Crypto deposits are also excluded from the welcome offers outright. The gaps that matter most here are the size of the Bitcoin charge and the actual coin list, and neither is published.

What the licence is actually worth

The licence checks out on the regulator's own records, and it is still weak protection. The operating company for 1xbet.com is Caecus N.V., registration number 163779, incorporated in Curacao at 17 Chuchubiweg, Willemstad, per clause 1 of the Terms of Service.

Licence OGL/2024/1262/0493 appears in two places on Curacao Gaming Authority material: the CGA certificate endpoint, which names Caecus N.V. and 1xbet.com and records the licence as "Active", and entry 462 of the CGA online gaming licence registry last updated 20 August 2026, which records a B2C class, issue date 24 December 2025, expiry N/A and status "Indefinite".

Caecus N.V. and that licence number do not appear in the CGA Enforcement Register updated 10 July 2026, which lists licences revoked, suspended or not extended. On the register itself, then, the position is clean.

Three discrepancies belong on the record. First, the dates conflict: the certificate endpoint says the licence was "granted on 07/11/2024" while the register records an issue date of 24 December 2025, exactly one year after the National Ordinance on Games of Chance came into force.

The registry is headed as covering licences granted under the new online gaming policy effective 15 November 2023, so the two dates plausibly describe an original grant and a conversion, but the operator has not reconciled them and its terms still cite 07/11/2024.

Second, those same terms call the regulator the "Curacao Gaming Control Board" and cite the "National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard" at P.B. 2024 no. 157, mixing the superseded statute name with the new reference; the regulator's own online gaming page states that the body is now the Curacao Gaming Authority and that P.B. 2024 no. 157 is the Ordinance on Games of Chance, with the Offshore Games of Hazard ordinance being the previous legislation.

Third, secondary sources including Wikipedia still describe a "Curacao eGaming" licence, a label from the pre-ordinance master-licence era that the current primary evidence supersedes.

Two national licences verify on the regulators' own registers, and neither covers 1xbet.com. Terminus Platform Ireland Limited, trading as 1XBET, holds remote bookmaker's licence 1019276 on the Revenue Commissioners register. DEFY LTDA, CNPJ 47.974.569/0001-11, is authorised for 1xbet.bet.br by Portaria SPA/MF no. 1.666 of 29 July 2025 in the Brazilian authorisation schedule.

There is no UK licence, and the Gambling Commission declined to confirm or deny holding information under section 31(3) FOIA. As for recourse, the complaints procedure promises escalation to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution body, but no ADR provider is named anywhere in the 739,289 character rules and none is named on the Irish site either.

Practically, your recourse on the flagship domain is a complaint to Curacao and nothing more.

Getting paid out

The published windows are reasonable and the conditions attached to them are where payouts die. 1xBet says all withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a maximum processing window of seven business days depending on method, and winnings settled within 30 calendar days of official publication of results (Terms of Service, clauses 6.2 and 2.10).

On the India schedule the per-method claims are faster: e-wallets including Paytm, PhonePe, Skrill, AstroPay and Jeton at 15 minutes to 48 hours, NetBanking and IMPS up to two days, UPI one to two days, and cryptocurrency up to 15 minutes (India payments page). Those are India figures, not global ones.

Three conditions do the damage. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment details used to deposit, and proportionately across methods where several were used.

The customer must first have placed bets whose stakes add up to the sum of deposits at odds of 1.1 or higher, with hedged betting on Roulette, Baccarat, Craps and Dice excluded from that count.

And verification of a payment system "can last up to a maximum of 180 days", during which the Security Service may decline requests funded through e-payment systems or refuse any withdrawal where deposit or withdrawal amounts are inconsistent with bets placed (Terms of Service, clause 6.2).

Accounts inactive for three months may also be blocked, with reactivation only through the security team.

What users report lines up with those clauses. Trustpilot's own summary of the profile, drawn from 1,388 reviews, records that customers "frequently reported significant payment problems, including deposits not being credited and withdrawals facing severe delays or outright non-processing" and that "many found their funds withheld or stuck, even after submitting all required documentation" (Trustpilot).

One reviewer describes two withdrawals requested on 16 June 2026, of 3,000 and 10,675 rupees, both showing as approved in the account and neither arriving in the bank.

A widely upvoted r/sportsbook thread carrying 171 votes describes a 2,900 EUR VISA withdrawal approved then "rejected by operator", an agreed Skrill alternative that never appeared in the withdrawal section, and an agent suggesting the user deposit more money by a different method to open another withdrawal option.

The same-method rule is the most cited blocker: one user reports being told "withdraw will only approved when the same method that used to a deposit" after the platform removed the route they had deposited with (r/arbitragebetting).

The record is not uniformly negative. A 28-vote thread on delays contains reports of smooth payouts where the same method was used alongside reports of endless verification (r/SoccerBetting), and other users report withdrawing small amounts repeatedly without issue (r/sportsbetting).

Note what is absent: 1xBet publishes no percentile or median payout statistic, no pending window, and no mechanism for reversing a withdrawal request. On weekends there is no operator policy either way; the India page only concedes that banks and payment gateways have their own hours and holidays, while the rules insist processing runs 24/7.

Verification in practice

Verification is triggered before your first withdrawal, whether or not you took a bonus, and the timetables are lopsided in the operator's favour. Registration itself collects full legal name, date of birth and permanent residential address (Terms of Service, section 30).

Beyond that, 1xBet may demand government-issued photo identification in the form of a passport, national identity card or driving licence, proof of address dated within the last 90 days, a selfie or live video, and source of funds and source of wealth declarations (Terms of Service, sections 29 and 30).

For bonus eligibility specifically the company may require a photograph of the customer holding their identity document (Terms of Service, clause 6.3). The India site frames the ask more simply as a passport or driving licence plus a utility bill (India payments page).

Enhanced due diligence is triggered by cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, unusual activity, high-risk jurisdictions, third-party payment methods and politically exposed person or sanctions matches, but no monetary threshold is published for any of it. Records are retained for five years.

On timing, the asymmetry is the finding. Standard verification "may take up to 72 hours from receipt of documents". A video conference outcome is communicated within five working days and documents submitted by video are reviewed within up to 14 working days (Terms of Service, clause 6.1).

Verification of a payment method can take up to 180 days. Against those windows, the customer gets one month from the request to supply documents, failing which funds may be forfeited (Terms of Service, clause 6.2). The operator can take six months to clear your payment route; you get 30 days or you lose the balance.

What commonly goes wrong is documented by both sides. The operator's own India page and the rules list account details not matching bank or wallet details, incomplete verification, attempting withdrawal to a method other than the deposit method, amounts inconsistent with betting activity, and recently changed personal details.

There is also a one-account rule per family, address, email, IP address, payment card or e-wallet, which catches shared households and shared connections.

Users describe getting stuck in the loop rather than failing a specific check: an App Store reviewer writes that after being told to contact the security team, "I submitted my National ID card and international passport, but still couldn't withdraw, after submitting several documents.

I then continued emailing the security to know what is going on, but they ignored my mails" (App Store, Nigeria storefront). The practical defence is to verify fully before you deposit anything, and to keep the deposit route open. Unblocking requests go to [email protected].

Safer gambling tools in practice

The written toolset is better than the brand's reputation suggests, and it has real holes. Everything below is from section 31 of the Terms of Service, stamped "last updated: 11.08.2025".

Cooling-off periods run 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month and 3 months, and can be applied to a single product category, Slots, Table Games, Fixed Odds Betting or Poker, or to everything, through an "Activate Cooling-Off Period" button in the account.

Self-exclusion runs 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years or lifetime, is stated to complete fully online in no more than 15 minutes with no email or approval needed, is irrevocable once set, and is applied across all platforms and domains.

Deposit limits are available daily, weekly and monthly, with decreases effective immediately and increases held for a 7 day waiting period. A real-time session timer displays while you are logged in. Age limit is 18, and the app carries an 18+ rating with "Frequent Simulated Gambling" and "Gambling" descriptors plus an in-app age assurance control.

Third-party help links point to begambleaware.org, gamblersanonymous.org, ncpgambling.org and gamcare.org.uk. Responsible-gaming complaints are answered within 5 business days.

What is missing: there is no loss limit tool, no configurable reality-check interval beyond the session timer, no wager or stake limit tool, and no separate permanent account-closure route distinct from self-exclusion. One further warning matters more than any of those. The policy is not the same on every 1xBet domain.

The Uzbekistan-facing version caps self-exclusion at 5 years and tells the customer to email [email protected], which is materially weaker and much less self-serve than the flagship text. If you rely on these tools, check the version published on the exact domain you are using, because the protections you actually get depend on which door you came through.

The independent record

This is the section that decides the review. Two Trustpilot readings on 22 August 2026 tell different halves of the story and must not be merged. On trustpilot.com the score is 1.8 out of 5 from 9,022 reviews.

On uk.trustpilot.com there is no score at all: the page carries the heading "Breach of guidelines" and the statement "this company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines", above 9,030 reviews, 1,744 of them in the last 12 months. A suppressed rating is not a low rating.

A low rating is customers being unhappy; a suppression is the review platform itself judging that the company breached its rules, and Trustpilot has not published what the breach was. The profile also notes that 1xBet "asks customers to review", which is relevant context for any score it does display.

The most recent review shown was dated 5 August 2026. The star distribution is rendered client-side and could not be read.

Three complaint themes recur. Withdrawals approved but not paid, exemplified by two June 2026 requests of 3,000 and 10,675 rupees showing as approved with nothing arriving, and corroborated by a Reddit account of a request approved then "rejected by operator".

The same-method rule used as a blocker, including where the deposit route has since been removed from the platform, which the operator's own pages confirm is policy. And verification loops with unanswered security-team email, corroborated by Trustpilot's finding that many customers found funds withheld "even after submitting all required documentation".

A fourth, product-level theme appears in App Store reviews: cash out missing on most selections, one reviewer reporting "6/8 games and no cash out whatsoever".

The regulatory record is heavier than the reviews. The Dutch regulator fined 1X Corp N.V. and Exinvest Limited 400,000 EUR on 25 February 2019 for unlicensed offerings via 1xbet.com, xbet-1.com "and at least 83 other gambling websites"; the appeal was withdrawn and the decision is irrevocable (Kansspelautoriteit).

Ukraine's KRAIL cancelled the licence of local licensee TBK LLC on 7 September 2022 over information about acting in the interests of residents of an aggressor state, and closed a fifth 1xBet-branded site that November (iGaming Business).

On 3 June 2024 Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court confiscated more than 2 billion hryvnia from Royal Pay Europe, whose beneficiary was identified as a Russian citizen associated with 1xBet (Transparency International Ukraine).

Italy's blocking list dated 10 October 2023 names 1xbet.com, 1xbet.cm and 1xbet.ge (blocklist document), Colombia's Coljuegos blocked 409 sites including 1xBet-associated domains in February 2025 (Mundovideo), and Sri Lanka's new regulator blocked 1xbet.com on 6 August 2026 among 24 unlicensed sites (Gaming Intelligence). Kyrgyzstan's financial supervision service revoked a 1xBet licence in November 2023.

Investigative reporting adds the rest. Follow the Money mapped more than a thousand sites run directly or indirectly by the group and about 4 billion EUR moving across more than 250 crypto wallets in over 3 million transactions.

Byline Times quotes the president of the Copenhagen Group calling 1xBet "the Wagner Group of sports betting" and "unafraid to operate illegally, fuel corruption and aggressively target the African market".

Bellingcat records a 2020 Russian international arrest warrant for founders Kazorin, Semiokhin and Karshkov, investigators' 2021 claim of more than 63 billion roubles from illegal gambling, and that 1XCorp N.V. was declared bankrupt in the Netherlands after failing to pay out on bets.

Sponsors reacted in 2019: Tottenham terminated and Chelsea and Liverpool suspended their 1xBet advertising within a week of the Sunday Times investigation (SportsPro), after Serie A had already suspended a deal in 2017 (Bookmakers.bet). Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Serie A as international presenting partner and the Africa Cup of Nations remain partners in 2026. The one clean line: no enforcement entry against Caecus N.V. in Curacao.

Customer support

Support is broad in channels and empty on commitments. The rules name live chat and email (Terms of Service, section 24). A worldwide phone line is published as +44 127 325-69-87, with India toll-free numbers 0008000820051 and 0008000503276 (India contacts page).

Email routing is unusually segmented: [email protected] for global English, [email protected] for India, [email protected] for the security department, [email protected] for formal complaints, and [email protected] for the Irish entity. India also offers Telegram and WhatsApp routes.

The iOS app ships in 51 languages, and secondary reporting describes the site operating in 60, but whether live chat is staffed in all of them is not published.

No support hours and no response targets are published. The only timing commitment in the rules is that withdrawal requests are processed 24/7. Third-party claims of round-the-clock chat are not operator statements and should not be relied on.

The complaints procedure itself is properly specified. Complaints are free, must be raised within six months of the event, and go by form to [email protected]. Acknowledgement is within seven days and a final written response within four weeks, extendable once by a further two weeks with notice.

Responsible-gaming complaints are handled within five business days, and complaint records are kept for at least five years (Terms of Service, section 4). Escalation is promised to "an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body" free of charge, but no such body is named anywhere in the rules and none is named on the Irish contacts page.

A promised ADR route with no provider is not a usable route. Independently, Trustpilot's summary records "deep dissatisfaction with customer service, citing unresponsiveness, unhelpfulness, and generic, automated replies", while the profile shows the company replied to 99 percent of negative reviews and typically replies within a week (Trustpilot).

Apps and mobile

Distribution is the story here, and it is not a normal one. On iOS there is no single global app but many country-specific listings, including id844035425, id1589393282 for Nigeria, id6745506058, id6757850052, id6757182542 and id6744679374, all published by 1XCorp N.V. rather than by the operator of 1xbet.com.

Where a storefront does not carry the app, 1xBet's own app download page instructs users to press "Change Country or Region" and select Colombia, Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, Japan, Canada, Zambia, Egypt or Argentina, and failing that to create a new Apple ID stating Colombia as the country.
